How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders and a flat rate of $10 on all international orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We start shipping orders within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international orders, standard shipping may take up to 30 days depending on your location.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.
Return
How much time do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Just make sure items are unworn and unwashed!
What should I do if my items are damaged or defective?

When can I expect my money back?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will email you once the item has been received and your refund has been processed!
Dimensions
How do I know what size I need to buy?
Look for our size charts on each product page, which provide measurements for each size. Also - feel free to contact us about your measurements and preferences. We will make a recommendation for you.
How to wash things?
Best washed in cold water and tumble dried at low temperature.
Are your clothes shrinking?
We pre-wash the garments, so you should not notice any noticeable shrinkage. However, we still recommend washing in cool water to prevent any potential shrinkage.
Inventory
The product is out of stock. How long will it take to be replenished?
The time it takes for a specific item to be returned to the warehouse varies. For an approximate time frame, please email us at info@babyshop.tj!

Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The sale has ended. Can I use a discount code?
To be fair to everyone, discount codes can only be used during the sale period.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay as alternative methods.
Do you accept international cards?
Currently no, but if you have a Paypal/ApplePay account linked to an international card, just select that option at checkout and you're good to go!
